Meet the ICCS Executive Team
Isaac J. Braca, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Isaac, or as he likes to be called, Ike, is the founder of ICCS. Ike started out as an independent consultant supporting networks and manufacturing white box personal computers back in 1994 when he signed his first few clients. Over time, the business grew to support all aspects of IT for small and mid-size businesses and he hired additional engineers and consultants to support the growing client base. As the business grew Ike made a strategic decision to move the corporate office to New York, right in the heart of midtown.
Ike understands the needs of modern businesses applying the appropriate blend of technology and services to ensure success. Ike attributes a large portion of his success to the strong relationships which he builds with his clients. Technology is ever evolving and Ike continually educates himself to constantly bring the best technology and value to his clients.
Today ICCS is supported by over twenty employees and services close to one hundred clients. Ike attended Rutgers University and Baruch College and holds certifications from Avaya, HP, and Microsoft.
Morris D. Braca, Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Morris works at ICCS as a financial officer and procurement manager. Morris works with our many distribution partners to procure products and services and allows us to deliver competitive pricing to our clients. Morris has a strong background in accounting and business operations and prior to joining ICCS successfully operated a business supplying cellular phone accessories to consumers world wide.
Tzvi Kaufman, Director of Technology Services
Tzvi Kaufman has over 10 years of professional IT networking experience. He has designed and executed numerous and complex IT projects such as VMware server consolidations, Exchange server migrations, & LAN/WAN migrations. Tzvi has been with ICCS since 2002 and has been integral to ICCS's rapid growth and development. His unique blend of skills and expertise in project management, IT, and customer service has propelled him to leadership roles within the company. At ICCS, Tzvi is also the lead technical expert and provides high end technical support to the ICCS network engineering team.
Mr. Kaufman holds a Master's Degree in Liberal Arts from Beth Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ..
Joseph Levi, Director of Installations & Telecom
Jo joined ICCS in 2004. He is currently certified as an Avaya Support Specialist and heads up our Phone System & Infrastructure division. Additionally he is our in house "wiring specialist" and runs our wiriring projects making sure they run smoothly and efficiently.
Menachem Goldenberg, Solutions Architect
Menachem brings incredible project management experience to ICCS, and is a strong driving force behind many of ICCS's projects. His expertise in Project Management, Control Systems, Conflict Resolution and Research has propelled him to a leading role within the company in a very short time. In addition Menachem Goldenberg has an extensive background in lighting control systems, in office automation, and electrical systems. He has helped design and execute numerous complex Lighting Control Systems, and continues to push the boundaries of what's possible in both residential and commercial control systems.
Menachem holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering Technology, from New York Institute of Technology, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
